FAQ Axle Hub and Drum and Brake Assembly- Video
Today we're going to demonstrate how to install the parts that you receive with your axle. In this case it's going to be a break assembly and drum and all the parts that are included and how that will install on this EZ lube axle. And these will be the parts that will come with your axle. It will come with 2 of everything pictured here. Has the break assembly for the electric breaks. It will have the hub and drum. It will come with the can of marine grease, it will come with the inner bearing, it will come with the outer bearing, comes with the grease seal and it will also come with the half inch log knots and then the hardware to install the break assembly onto the break mounting flange. Now the tools you'll need to install these parts on to the axle will be a hammer, pair of channel lock pliers, an 11/16 socket and ratchet, a block of wood, so when you tap in the grease seal and the dust cap and it would be nice to have a box of inaudible 00:01:11 around because you will be greasy putting the grease on. It will start by when you receive your axle. This will be packaged and protected and they also put a little bit of grease on here. more

Standard Axle Brake Assembly Hub and Drum Installation FAQ- Video
Today we're going to do a how to video on installing a brake assembly and a hub and drum onto a standard axle and everything that'll come with the kit will be . We'll start with the brake assembly. This happens to be the right hand side brake assembly. The reason you'll be able to notice that is the arm and the smaller shoe will face the front of the vehicle and you'll see the magnet would be at the bottom on a brake assembly. It'll also come with this hub and drum. If you'll notice the races for the inner and the outer bearing are pre-installed into the hub and drum. It'll also come with the bearings, the outer bearing, the larger inner bearing, come with the grease seal, comes with the dust cap, it'll also come with five of your half inch lug nuts to put your wheels and tires on, and it'll also come with four nuts and four washers to install the brake assembly onto the axle. more

Standard Axle Idler Hub Installation FAQ- Video
Today, were going to do a How to Video on how to install your idler hub and all the parts onto a standard axle. What youll be getting in your kit will be a idler hub with the races preinstalled, inner and outer race. Youll get the outer bearing, youll get the inner bearing, youll get the grease seal, youll have the dust cap, also comes with five of the half inch lug knots to install your wheels and tires on, and it also come with the Marine grease that is used to grease the assembly. Now, the tools youll need to install the hub on to your axle will be a set of Channellocks, a hammer, a nice block of you wood youll probably have laying around your garage somewhere, and it does get pretty greasy when you grease the bearing, so a good supply of shop towels would work out for you also. Now, to install the idler hub on your axle, we ship the axle that will actually come like it is shown here, but it will have a tube on the end and it will have grease inside there to protect that spindle from getting any damage to it. The first thing you want to do is unwrap it, take the tube off. Then, what youll want to do is take out the cotter pin to squeeze the ends together. That should slide right out. more
